基于数学模型的立方晶系合金枝晶生长过程研究

摘要 建立了改进的MCA模型,并分别对NH4Cl-H2O透明合金材料的单个等轴晶、择优生长取向不同的多个等轴晶,以及择优生长取向不平行于x轴的柱状晶的生长过程进行了数值模拟。将模拟结果与实验结果进行对比,表明本文建立的MCA模型可以较准确地模拟具有不同择优生长取向的枝晶生长过程。 An improved MCA model was established and the dendrite growth process of NH4Cl-H20 transparent alloy was simulated, including single equiaxed crystal, multi-equiaxed crystal with different preferential growth orientation, and the columnar dendrites whose preferential growth orientation is not parallel to the x-axis. The simulation results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that the MCA model can accurately simulate the dendrite growth process with different preferred growth orientation.
