摘要
为进一步改进电阻炉温度控制系统PID参数整定的稳定性,从电阻炉温控的传递函数出发,分析了PID控制的合理性,给出了炉温控制系统设计的传递函数,理论上分析了Ziegler-Nichols参数整定,对一般PID控制、积分PID以及神经自适应PID等方面进行了参数整定比较分析。结果表明,在电阻炉温度控制系统参数整定中,神经元自适应PID控制效果优势明显,积分分离PID相对于一般的PID有一定的改进。
In order to further improve the stability of PID parameters setting in temperature control system of resistance furnace, from the transfer fimction used in the temperature control system, the rationality of the PID control was analyzed, the transfer function in the design of furnace temperature control system was presented, Ziegler-Nichols parameter setting was theoretically analyzed briefly, and the general PID control, integral PID and neural adaptive PID were compared and analyzed in parameter setting of the temperature control system. The results show that, in parameter setting of resistivity temperature control system, the neuron adaptive PID control effect is obvious advantages, the integral separation PID has a certain improvement compared with the general PID.
