摘要
应用FLUENT前处理软件GAMBIT分别对L型浆拐沾浆机和改进型浆拐沾浆机进行建模、网格划分和边界条件的设定。基于有限体积法的流体力学数值模拟基础,利用滑移网格方法来解决运动部分的数值模拟问题,选用SIMPLEC算法来解决压力与速度的耦合问题,对以上两种浆拐沾浆机模型进行数值模拟。通过模拟结果对两种沾浆机内部流场进行对比分析,为沾浆机浆拐结构进一步的优化改进提供理论依据。
Based on the Fluent preprocess software, L type agitator slurry mixer and modified type agitator slurry mixer were modelled, and meshing and setting of boundary conditions were proposed. Based on fluid dynamics numerical simulation based on finite volume method, the mesh moving method was used to solve the numerical simulation problems of moving parts, SIMPLEC algorithm was used to solve the coupling problem of pressure and velocity, numerical simulation of the above two kinds of pulp slurry mixer model was performed. Through a comparative analysis on the structure of the internal flow field simulation of these two kinds of Slurry mixer, theoretical basis of further optimizations for the structure of slurry mixer was provided.
