摘要
利用UG软件进行了泵体压铸模的设计,对泵体压铸件及压铸工艺进行分析与计算,得出压射比为30MPa,锁模力为400 kN,确定选用DAM1113G压铸机,对压铸模结构进行了设计,完成了模具分型面确定,在浇注系统的设计中完成了对内浇道、横浇道、直浇道等设计,在排溢系统的设计中完成了溢流槽、排气道等舌尖。完成了模具温度及冷却系统、行位等设计,给出了本设计的整体结构以及模具组装设计等。
Die casting forming technology as both high efficiency and high benefit of precision casting method has become the important technology of NC machining technology. In order to further improve die casting molding technology for the pump body, UG software was used to design compression mold, the pump body mold die casting parts and die casting process were analyzed and calculated, the process of shoting value 30 Mpa, clamping force 400 kN was determined and the DAM1113G die-casting machine was selected; and then the detailed structure of die mold design was completed and the mold parting surface was determined; in the design of gating system, the design of the internal gate, sprue and runner was completed; in the design of overflow system, the design of the overflow tank and exhaust duct, etc was completed. Upon completion of the mold temperature and cooling system, a design has carried out based on the design requirements of die material selection and heat treatment, and then the design of the overall structure and grinding tool assembly design was given out, the details of the design process has a strong promotion and practical application value, the research on the development of die-casting molding technology has a certain reference value.
