摘要
在热处理过程中,电阻炉加热时的均温过程十分关键,对其控制方法的研究也成为相关工作者的工作重点。由于热处理电阻炉的温度控制存在滞后严重的特点,传统PID控制无法实现较高的控制精度。本文基于模糊自整定PID控制,设计了相应的控制系统,并通过MATLAB软件对设计系统进行了仿真。结果表明,该系统能够稳定控制热处理电阻炉的温度,具有较高的优越性。
Aimed at the characteristics of temperature control hysteresis in heat treatment resistance furnace, and low control accuracy in traditional PID control, a corresponding control system was designed based on fuzzy, self-tuning PID temperature control, and the designed control system was simulated through MATLAB software. The results show that the system can stably control the temperature of heat treatment resistance furnace, with high superiority.
