包芯线带料分离技术的研究

介绍了国内外包芯线发展现状,结合对包芯线结构特点及各类缺陷分析研究,提出了包芯线带料分离机的设计方案、结构、工作原理、工作参数。该机在企业的应用改善了原有车间工作环境,提高了生产效率。

The present situation of cored wire technology was summarized. Based on the analysis and study of the structure characteristics and defects of cored wire, the design scheme, structure, working principle and working parameter were put forward. The production results show that the separation method of steel belt and additive can effectively improve the working environment. Also, practices prove that it is a effective method of raising production efficiency.
