铝合金铸造用铝屑准等温熔炼炉

摘要 基于美国本世纪初发明的铝合金等温熔炼技术核心原理--浸入式加热技术,设计了一种国产化铝屑熔炼炉。该熔炼炉从熔体内部进行熔涮加热,在节能减排、降低烧损、减轻工人劳动强度、提高炉子使用寿命等方面效果显著。 Based on the core principles of isothermal smelting technology for aluminum alloy invented by U.S. in the beginning of this century, immersion heating technology, a kind of domestic aluminum scrap melting furnace was developed. The melting furnace melts from the melt inside rinse heating, it has significant effect in energy conservation, reduce burning, reduce labor intensity, service life and other aspects.
