摘要
低压铸造是一种应用广泛的铸造手段,本文从低压铸造过程中气压控制出发,在分析了低压铸造浇注系统的气压变化,对系统的气压变化有个初步了解,然后对气压的线性工艺控制环节进行研究,利用可编程控制器作为主控制单元,对气压进行控制,从效果上来看,基于PLC的控制策略具有较好的控制性能,满足铸造生产的需求。
The low pressure casting is a widely used means of the casting, this article from the low-pressure casting process pressure control,at the beginning of the low-pressure casting analysis the air pressure changes of the casting system,have a preliminary understanding of the pressure change of the system,and then research the air pressure linear process,choose the programmable controller as the main control unit to control the air pressure,from the point of view of the effect, the PLC-based control strategy has good control performance to meet the needs of casting production.
