摘要
采用中频无芯感应电炉熔炼工艺,选用低稀土球化剂进行盖包法球化处理以及复合孕育处理等关键工艺,稳定生产出合格的球墨铸铁件。生产结果:铸件抗拉强度σb≥550 MPa,伸长率δ≥6%,基体为铁素体和珠光体混合基体,球化级别2~3级,石墨球大小6~7级,达到或超过国家标准。并且进行了批量生产,取得了良好的社会经济效益。
The qualified nodular cast iron castings were produced using medium frequency coreless induction furnace melting process and choosing low rare earths nodularizer tundish-cover spheroidizing and compound inoculation and so on. The results show that the tensile strength and toughness are beyond 550 MPa and 6%, respectively, the matrix consists of ferrite and pearlite, spheroidizing level is 2-3 grade and graphite ball size is 6 -7 grade. The mechanical properties of the castings reach or even beyond state standard. The mass production and good social economic benefits were realized.
