摘要
通过在柴油机中间体的试验验证阐述了一种新的工艺方法,揭示了均衡凝固技术在大型球墨铸铁件中的可行性。这种新工艺彻底改变了原工艺利用补缩冒口来消除铸件缩孔、缩松缺陷的方法,通过改变直浇道、横浇道、内浇道的比例,用通气孔替代补缩冒口,利用球墨铸铁的石墨化膨胀实现自补缩,达到消除缩孔、缩松缺陷,提高工艺出品率和铸件良品率的目的。
A new technology method was explained by the experimental verification in diesel engine intermediates, the feasibility of proportional solidification technology for producing the large ductile iron casting was proclaimed. This new technology completely changed the method of eliminating the casting shrinkage cavity, shrinkage porosity defects using original technology. By changing the ratio of sprues, runners and gates, using spiracle replace with feeding riser and taking advantage of graphitization expansion of ductile iron realizing self-feeding, reaching to the purposes of eliminating the shrinkage cavity, shrinkage porosity defects and improving the production yield.
