摘要
开展了日本莽草在上海地区的扦插繁育技术研究,结果显示:日本莽草适宜扦插的插穗类型为1~2年生的半木质化枝条;500 mg/L NAA 或 ABT1号处理插穗均可获得较高的生根率(分别为92.6%和94.1%);砻糠灰+珍珠岩(3∶1)和泥炭+珍珠岩(3∶1)两种基质均可获得较高的扦插生根率(分别为92.6%和90.4%),但3个月后,后者更适宜于其生长。
The cutting propagation technologies of Illicium anisatum were studied in Shanghai area.The results showed that annual to biennial semi-lignified branches were the most suitable cuttings;Cuttings treated by 500 mg/L NAA or ABT1 were able to obtain higher rooting rate(92.6%and 94.1 % respectively).The substrate of rice hust ash+perlite(3∶1)and peat+perlite(3∶1)as cutting mediums were able to get higher rooting rate,92.6% and 90.4% respectively.However,the latter was more suitable for the growth of cuttings after 3 months.
