Overview of U. S. Military Airborne Network Transform

摘要 美军在开展空基网络建设转型的背景下提出了联合空中层网络(JALN)概念,这是美军首次从一体化体系的角度来对待空中层网络。从美军开展联合空中层网络建设背景和需求出发,从当前状态、希望的最终状态、发展策略、关键技术等4方面介绍了美空军空中层网络发展规划,总结了美空军JALN建设的进展情况,指出美军的最终目标是要具备空中层网络控制能力,以使联合作战单元可以高效规划、协调、分配和监控综合化通信服务,从而可以同步和最大限度地发挥武器系统的效率。相关内容对于从事空基组网研究的人员具有一定的参考价值。 The U. S. Air Force proposes the Joint Air Layer Network( JALN) concept to promote the transform of airborne networks,which is the first enterprise approach to develop solutions within the aerial layer,both from Air Force and Joint perspectives. Based on JALN construction background and needs,U. S.air force air layer network development planning is introduced from current state,the expecting final state,development strategy,and the key technologies. This paper summarizes the progress of JALN construction,and points out that the ultimate goal is to establish air layer network control ability,so that the joint combat unit can efficiently plan,coordinate,allocate and monitor the integrated communication service,thus to develop the weapon system to the utmost extent. Related content provides reference for those engaged in space-based networking.
