膈肌占位性病变术前误诊为肝肿瘤三例 被引量：1

Preoperative occupying lesion of disphragmatic muscle misdiagnosed as liver cancer： a report of 3 cases

摘要 1 临床资料病例1,女,49岁.因B超检查发现肝脏占位性病变10 d于2011年7月11日入住陕西省宝鸡市中心医院.体格检查：未发现阳性体征;实验室检查：各项指标均正常,AFP3.8 μg/L.B超检查：肝右后叶内实性结节;CT检查：肝右叶包膜下乏血供结节,诊断为肝转移癌（图1）;无肝炎病史;2009年9月因结肠腺癌行根治性手术,术后定期复查肿瘤无复发.入院诊断：继发性肝癌.2011年7月16日拟在全身麻醉下行肝肿瘤切除术,术中见肿瘤位于右侧膈肌,压迫肝脏使肝脏表面形成凹陷,肿瘤完全嵌于肝实质内,但与肝脏界限清楚,遂行膈肌肿瘤切除术.术后病理检查：膈肌转移腺癌,考虑为结肠来源（图2）.2011年7月26日出院,术后随访6个月无异常.
