益气活血降脂散合并耳穴压豆治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating non-alcohol fatty liver with Yiqi Huoxue Jiangzhi San plus auricular pressure

目的:观察益气活血降脂散合并耳穴压豆治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法:选择符合"病例纳入标准及排除标准"的200名研究对象,随机分成四组,益气活血降脂散组、耳穴压豆组、益气活血降脂散合并耳穴压豆组和西药治疗组,治疗3个疗程后根据疗效判断标准判断疗效。结果:益气活血降脂散合并耳穴压豆组50例中,临床治愈31例,占62%,好转13例,占26%,总有效率88%,且血清TC、TG全部在正常范围,B超显示肝脂肪变也较治疗前明显改善。结论:益气活血降脂散合并耳穴压豆治疗非酒精性脂肪肝具有良好的效果。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Jiangzhi San plus auricular pressure on treating non-alcohol fatty liver. Methods：200 patients were randomly divided into four groups, including Yiqi Huoxue Jiangzhi San, auricular pressure, Yiqi Huoxue Jiangzhi San plus auricular pressure and western medicine therapy, and clinical efficacy was recorded according to the curative standard with three courses of treatment. Results：50 cases were treated by Yiqi Huoxue Jiangzhi San plus auricular pressure, 31 patients （62%） were cured, 13 patients （26%） were improved, the total efficacy was 88%, TC and TG were in the normal range, and type-B ultrasonic showed that liver fat was improved. Conclusion：Yiqi Huoxue Jiangzhi San plus auricular pressure was effective on non-alcohol fatty liver.
