加味芍药甘草汤治疗晚期癌症便秘40例

Clinical observation on treating 40 cases of constipation in patients with terminal cancer with Shaoyao Gancao decoction

目的:观察加味芍药甘草汤治疗晚期癌症患者便秘的临床疗效。方法:对80例入组患者采用随机数字表法,随机分为治疗组和对照组,行随机对照试验。结果:治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),停药1月内治疗组便秘的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味芍药甘草汤能有效治疗晚期癌症患者便秘,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of Shaoyao Gancao decoction on treating constipation in patients with terminal cancer. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control by random number table. Results： The efficacy in the treatment was obviously higher than that in the control （P〈0.05）, and recurrence rate in the treatment was lower than that in the control with 1 month of drug withdrawal （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Shaoyao Gancao decoction can treat effectively constipation in patients with terminal cancer, and improve patients’ living quality.
