行气清肠汤用于术后胃肠功能恢复临床研究

Clinical study on recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function treating by Xingqi Qingchang decoction

目的:探讨行气清肠汤用于术后胃肠功能恢复临床效果。方法:选取我院近年来行腹部手术患者200例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和行气清肠汤组,每组100例,其中对照组患者给予常规对症治疗;行气清肠汤组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用行气清肠汤治疗;比较两组患者肛门首次排气、肠鸣音恢复、排便、腹胀及压痛缓解时间等。结果:行气清肠汤组患者肛门首次排气、肠鸣音恢复、排便、腹胀及压痛缓解时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:行气清肠汤可缩短术后胃肠功能恢复时间,提高生活质量。

Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy of Xingqi Qingchang decoction on recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function. Methods：200 patients underwent abdominal operation were chosen in recent years in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group （100 patients） with conventional symptomatic treatment and Xingqi Qingchang decoction group （48 patients） with Xingqi Qingchang decoction on the basis of control group;and the time of passage of gas by anus, the bowel sound recover time, the bowel movement time, the abnominal distention relieveing time and the tenderness relieveing time of both groups were compared. Results：The time of passage of gas by anus, the bowel sound recover time, the bowel movement time, the abnominal distention relieveing time and the tenderness relieveing time of Xingqi Qingchang decoction group was significant shorter than control group. Conclusion：Xingqi Qingchang decoction can shorter the recovery time of gastrointestinal function after operation and higher life quality.
