中医综合治疗皮肤湿疹临床效果探讨

A clinical study on treating skin eczema in TCM

目的:探讨皮肤湿疹采用中医综合治疗的临床效果。方法:本次共选择80例皮肤湿疹患者作研究对象,均为我院2012年6月-2013年6月收治,采用数字表抽取法随机分组,就西药常规治疗(对照组,n=40)与中医综合治疗(观察组,n=40)临床效果进行比较。结果:观察组选取病例经统计示临床总有效率为95.0%,对照组经统计示为75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:皮肤湿疹采用中医综合方案治疗,可促使症状消除,提高临床治疗效果,对改善预后,提高患者生存质量有非常重要的意义。

Objective：To explore clinical effects of TCM on treating skin eczema. Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group was given routine western medicine, and another was given TCM treatment. Results： The total efficiency in observation was 95.0%, higher than 75.0%in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：TCM therapy for skin eczema can eliminate symptoms, improve clinical effects and prognosis, and it has important significance for improve quality of survival.
