循证护理在脾胃病中的应用

Application of Xunzheng nursing for digestive diseases

目的:研究为脾胃病患者应用循证护理的临床效果,分析其应用价值。方法:回顾2012年08月-2013年06月脾胃病患者100例,将其分成实验组50例(应用循证护理方式),对照组50例(应用常规护理方式),护理干预1个月后,对比两组患者的护理有效率及满意度。结果:对比护理有效率,实验组为98%(49/50),对照组为84%(8/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比满意度,实验组为96%(48/50),对照组为82%(9/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。表明实验组脾胃病的护理效果更值得肯定。结论:为脾胃病患者应用循证护理模式,效果好,值得推广。

Objective： To study clinical effects of application of Xunzheng nursing for digestive diseases, analyzing its value. Methods：100 cases of digestive diseases were randomly divided into test group of 50 cases, receiving Xunzheng nursing;control group of 50 cases, receiving routine care. In a month, the nursing efficacy and satisfaction in two groups were compared. Results：In the test group, nursing efficacy was 98% （49 cases）; in the control group, it was 84% （8 cases）. Difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Satisfaction in the test group was 96%（48 cases）, in the control group was 82%（9 cases）. Difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. In test group, nursing effects on digestive diseases were exact. Conclusion：Applying Xunzheng nursing for patients with digestive diseases can achieve good effects, was worthy of promotion.
