中医针灸治疗手术后并发症观察

Clinical observation on postoperative complications by acupuncture

目的:对宫颈癌术后尿潴留采用中医针灸治疗的效果进行研究。方法:选择2011年2月-2012年2月间30例宫颈癌手术患者,采用中医针灸预防及治疗尿潴留的效果进行分析。结果:经过中医针灸治疗的30例患者中,有效预防尿潴留发生的病例数达到22例,有效率达到73.3%。结论:中医针灸对预防及治疗宫颈癌手术尿潴留并发症的整体效果较好,部分患者疗效欠佳,但有推广的价值。

Objective： To study the effect of acupuncture therapy on cervical cancer postoperative urinary retention. Methods：During 2011 February to 2012 February, 30 cases of patients were selected to treat by acupuncture, effects were observed. Results：After treatment, the number of effective in preventing the occurrence of urinary retention was 22, total efficiency was 73.3%. Conclusion：Acupuncture has good effects on preventing and treating urinary retention, was worthy of promotion.
