中医治疗过敏性紫癜疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating henoch-schonlein purpura in TCM

目的:观察中医治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:2009年10月-2012年6月,采用自拟消癫汤治疗过敏性紫癜62例,观察临床治疗效果、不良反应和复发情况。结果:62例患者全部完成治疗,治愈32例,有效25例,无效5例,总有效率91.9%。在治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。1年后对57例治愈和治疗有效患者进行随访,实际随访到55例,其中复发3例,复发率为5.5%。结论:中医治疗过敏性紫癜疗效确切,复发率低,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM treatment on henoch-schonlein purpura. Methods：62 patients were given the Xiaodian decoction from October 2009 to June 2012;clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and recurrence were recorded. Results：32 patients were cured, 25 patients were effective and 5 patients were invalid, the total efficacy was 91.9%. No significant adverse reaction was appeared in treatment. In 1 year, 55 patients were followed up;purpura recurred in 3（5.5%） patients. Conclusion：TCM treatment was effective on henoch-schonlein purpura with lower recurrence and no obvious adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical promotion.
