加味六味地黄汤治疗气阴两虚证糖尿病肾病临床观察

Clinical observation on treating diabetic nephropathy with Liuwei Dihuang decoction

目的:观察六味地黄汤治疗气阴两虚证糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:收集我院住院或门诊糖尿病肾病患者43例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上配合加味六味地黄汤治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、尿蛋白、血尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)均下降(P<0.05),且观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味六味地黄汤对治疗气阴两虚证糖尿病肾病有较好疗效。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Liuwei Dihuang decoction on treating diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 43 patients were divided into the control, given routine treatment, and the observation, given Liuwei Dihuang decoction more. Results：Fasting blood glucose （FBG）, urinary protein, blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and creatinine （Cr） in two groups all decreased （P〈0.05）, effects in the observation were better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Liuwei Dihuang decoction has confirmed good effects on diabetic nephropathy.
