肝肾阴虚肝阳上亢型高血压病采用清眩降压汤治疗的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating hypertension with Qingxuan Jiangya decoction

目的:观察分析肝肾阴虚肝阳上亢型高血压病采用清眩降压汤治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院76例患者研究分析,并随机将其分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(38例),对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:对比两组患者临床治疗效果及治疗后收缩压状况,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清眩降压汤对肝肾阴虚肝阳上亢型高血压病具有显著效果,可有效改善患者临床症状。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Qingxuan Jiangya decoction on treating hypertension. Methods：76 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （38 cases） and control group （38 cases）, therapeutic effects in two groups were compared. Results： The difference of clinical effects and status of the systolic blood pressure in two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Qingxuan Jiangya decoction has a significant effect, can effectively improve the patients＆#39; clinical symptoms.
