摘要
新疆高校已经实行双语教育多年,民族教师基本能用汉语讲授各科课程,但是民族教师的汉语素养参差不齐,汉文化素养尤为欠缺。少数民族教师汉文化素养的不足直接影响了双语教育的实效。论文通过对南疆几所高校民族教师汉文化素养的调研,分析存在的问题,探索提升少数民族教师汉文化素养的途径,以期为提高南疆高校民族教师的汉文化素养提供一些参考意见。
Bilingual education in Xinjiang has been practiced for many years, ethnic Chinese teachers can teach the basic curriculum subjects. But Chinese literacy of minority teachers is uneven, especially the Han cultural qualities isn' t good. The lack of Hart cultural literacy affects the quality of bilingual education and cultural identity of the Chinese nation. Based on the investigation in several southern xinjiang universities, research and analysis of existing problems, to explore ways to enhance Chinese cultural literacy of minority teachers', in order to provide some suggestions to improve Chinese cultural literacy of minority teachers'.
