交流异步电机变频调速系统性能实验的比较研究

Comparison Study of Property Experiments about Converter Drive Systems of Induction Motor

构建了一个实验系统,对3种变频器拖动同一个交流异步电机时的性能做了详细完整的实验,得到了一套实验数据。将负载电流和频率给定作为此种交流变频调速系统的2个输入量,将电机转速和电机电流看做此系统的2个输出量,根据实验数据,利用回归分析方法,得到了输入和输出的近似线性模型。根据模型中的参数进行了比较分析,得到了3种变频调速系统(西门子、三菱、台达)的性能比较结果。

Based on the built experimental system about converter drive of induction motor, a series of experiments were completed, and a group of data was obtained about two inputs, the frequency demand and the load torque set： and two outputs, the motor speed and the motor current. Based on the data, the input and output linear model was developed by using the Matlab function of regression. Comparing and studying the coefficients of the model, some property conclusion about three converter drive systems are made.
