摘要
从主电路损耗计算、热流路径分析、散热通道设计、热仿真分析、试验验证等几个方面详细介绍了MW级大功率变流器的热设计,给出了功率元件损耗计算公式,介绍了热传导路径、散热系统参数计算方法和热设计思路,通过Icepak软件进行了热仿真,最后通过试验验证了所述热设计方法的准确性。
Several details of thermal design of MW level high power converter were introduced, such as calculation of the main circuit loss, heat flow path analysis, cooling channel design, thermal simulation analysis and experimental verification. The formula of power element loss was shown. Heat conduction path, parameters calculation methods of cooling system and design ideas of thermal design were introduced in detail. By thermal simulation in Icepak software, the experiments show the design method is correct and accurate.
