中国首批低碳试点省份碳足迹的时空格局分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过计算广东、辽宁、湖北、陕西、云南等5个中国首批低碳试点省份2002—2011年的碳源、碳汇数据,描绘5个省份的碳足迹时空格局。研究发现,碳排放未得到有效遏制,大气中的二氧化碳逐步增加;退耕还林能增强森林对二氧化碳的吸收能力,但过快的碳排放增长速度远大于其取得的成果;能源生产结构与碳足迹有密切联系,以煤炭为主的能源生产结构是碳足迹居高不下的重要原因之一;产业结构是决定碳排放量大小的关键。对此,有针对性地提出提高能源生产效率和利用效率;加强各省城市绿化与林地建设;优化产业结构,淘汰高耗能、高污染产业等有效政策。 Carbon footprint spatial and temporal pattern in Chinas five low-carbon pilot provinces (Guangdong, Liaoning,Hubei,Shaanxi and Yunnan)are in troduced by calculating the carbon source and carbon sink data from 2000 to 2011.It is found that carbon emissions have not been effectively reduced,and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is gradually increasing.Restoration of farmland to forestation increases the forests to absorb carbon dioxide,but the rapid growth of carbon emissions has far countervailed this achievement.Energy production structure is closely linked with the carbon footprint,and the coal-based energy production structure is one of the main causes of the high carbon footprint.Industrial structure is a key factor affecting carbon emissions.Accordingly,some effective policies are put forward in improving the efficiency of energy production and utilization, increasing forestation rate and urban greenery coverage rate in the above-mentioned provinces,optimizing the industrial structure,and phasing out high-energy-consumption and high-pollution industries.
