NaHCO_3对杨树溃疡病抑制作用的试验分析

摘要 论文用NaHCO3多梯度等物质的量浓度处理PDA培养基,NaOH调节PDA培养基的pH值,菌丝生长速率法测算NaHCO3的抑菌率,分光光度计检测病菌蛋白质的水解程度,对杨树溃疡病的NaHCO3抑制作用进行了试验分析。试验结果表明,NaHCO3对杨树溃疡病菌的抑制作用:随着NaHCO3浓度的升高而增大,当NaHCO3浓度达12 g/mL以上时,抑菌率达96%以上;NaHCO3可通过调节菌落生长环境的pH值而间接影响其生长,也可作用于病菌体的蛋白质而直接抑制其生长,两者作用程度比约为2∶8;NaHCO3调节环境pH值的主要因子是电离离子HCO-3和水解离子OH-;水解病菌体蛋白质的主要因子是电离离子HCO-3和CO2-3。研究结果为持续发挥NaHCO3的治病环保效果和研制开发环保型农药提供理论依据。 The inhibition test of the poplar canker disease was conducted with the NaHCO3. In the test, the pro- cessing of PDA culture medium was carried out by using the gradient of amount of substance concentration of the NaHCO3 ; and the pH of the PDA medium was adjusted with the NaHCO3 ; and the inhibitory rate of the NaHCO3 was measured by mycelial growth rate method; and the hydrolysis degree of the bacteria protein was detected by using the spectrophotometry. The results show that the inhibitory effect of the NaHCO3 on the poplar canker increases with the increasing of the NaHCO3 concentration, and the inhibitory rate of the NaHCO3 is more than 96% when its concentration is more than 12 g/mL. The NaHCO3 indirectly affects the colony growth by adjusting the pH of its environment, on the other hand, directly inhibits the growth by effecting on the disease bacteria proteins. The extent of the latter is 4 times of the former. The main factors the NaHCO3 adjusts the pH are its ionization ion HCO3- and hydrolysis ion OH- in water, and the main factors it hydrolyzes the protein are its ioni- zation ion HCO3- ,CO32-. The results provide theoretical basis for continuing to play therapeutic effect and envi- ronmental protection effect of the NaHCO3 and for exploiting environment-friendly pesticides.
