基于等效电路模型和DPSD算法的介电性能测试算法的研究

Algorithm Research of Equivalent Circuit Model and DPSD Algorithm of Dielectric Properties Test

本文提出了一种关于介电材料的相对介电常数(εr)的介质损耗(tgδ)的测量算法。通过实际电容器的并联和串联等效电路模型分别与DPSD算法相结合实现介电材料相关介电参数的测量算法。大量程序模拟实验的结果证明,不同等效模型实现的算法具有相同的结果。该算法可以用于不同频率下介电材料介电性能的测量。

This paper proposes a kind of relative dielectric constant （εr） and dielectric loss （tgδ） measurement algorithm. This algorithm respectively introduces parallel circuit model combining with the DPSD algorithm and series circuit model combining with the DPSD algorithm. Through a lot of experimental results show that different circuit model algorithms have the same results. This algorithm can be used for the measurement of dielectric properties in different frequency.
