摘要
目的观察复方氯己定含漱液联合碘甘油治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床治疗效果。方法选择2010年1月至2012年12月我院口腔科门诊就诊的急性智齿冠周炎患者200例。根据患者疾病的严重程度,将无张口受限分为A组,有张口受限分为B组;再将A、B两组患者分别随机分为A1、A2组和B1、B2组。A1、B1组采用复方氯己定含漱液冲洗盲袋,再以探针将碘甘油导入盲袋内。A2、B2组用3%双氧水冲洗盲袋,同样方法将碘甘油导入盲袋内。A、B两组患者就诊前3天内均未全身或局部用药。结果在急性智齿冠周炎初期阶段(A组),复方氯己定含漱液联合碘甘油治疗的有效率为96%,3%双氧水联合碘甘油的有效率为82%,差异有统计学意义(=5.005,P<0.05);随着疾病的发展(B组),复方氯己定含漱液联合碘甘油治疗的有效率为76%,3%双氧水联合碘甘油的有效率为56%,氯己定与双氧水的有效率明显降低。结论复方氯己定含漱液联合碘甘油治疗急性智齿冠周炎的早期病变有很好的临床效果,值得推广。
Objective Clinical curative effect observation of Compound chlorhexidine gargle with iodine glycerol in treatment of acute wisdom teeth pericoronitis. Method 200 Acute wisdom teeth pericoronitis patients of outpatients in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 was selected. Firstly, according to without or with restriction of mouth opening were divided into group A and group B . Group A and group B were then randomly divided into A1、A2 group and B1、B2 group. The patients of A1、B1 group were rinsed blind bag with compound chlorhexidine gargle and probed the iodine glycerol into blind bag. The patients of A2、B2 group were rinsed blind bag with 3% hydrogen peroxide, iodine glycerol then were probed into blind bag with the same methods. A、B groups of patients were not systemic or topical medication within 3 days before the visit. Result In the early stageof acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis(A group),effective rate of compound chlorhexidine gargle with iodine glycerol treatment was 96% ,3%hydrogen peroxide combined with iodine glycerol was 82% . The differences between the two groups were significant( χ^2= 5. 005, P 〈 0. 05). With the development of the disease, just as in the B group, effective rates of B1 group and B2 group were obviously reduced (76% ,56% ). Conclusion Clinical curative effect of compound chlorhexidine gargle with iodine glycerol in treatment of early acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis is good,and it was worthy of promotion.
