Analysis of Related Risk Factors of Increased Blood Uric Acid ammong Healty Check-up Population

目的分析探讨健康体检者血尿酸增高相关危险因素。方法对28896例在我院行健康体检者,记录其年龄、性别、饮食习惯、饮酒习惯,测量其身高体重并按体重指数进行划分。根据体检结果分析健康体检者血尿酸增高与相关危险因素。结果年龄、性别、肥胖、饮食辛辣、经常饮酒>5年等因素与血尿酸增高密切相关。结论应重视高尿酸血症及疾病相关危险因素的控制,加强疾病的一级预防。

Objective To explore the association between increased blood uric acid and related risk factors of diseases among health check-up populations. Methods 28896 people who did physical examinations in our hospital were recorded the age, gender, diet and alcohol drinking habit. Height, weight and body mass index were recorded. Association between increased blood uric acid and risk factors of diseases was investigated according to the check-up results. Results Relationship was found closely between age, gender, spicy diet habit, drinking, and obesity with increased blood uric acid. Conclusion Attention should be paid to control the blood uric acid level and related risk factors for primary prevention for certain diseases.
