当前大中修工程成为新疆公路建设的重点,路面基层多采用水泥稳定砂砾,基层施工的质量直接关系到面层及道路的整体质量和使用寿命。结合S318线北屯至福海段大中修工程实际情况,探讨了水泥稳定基层施工前和施工中的监理要点,提出只有制订切实可行的施工方案和全方位的施工监理过程,才能极大地保证施工质量和安全,促进施工进度。

Repairing projects become the focus of the highway construction in Xinjiang recently. Pave-ment with cement stabilized gravel and the quality of base construction is related to the overall quality and service life of the pavement and road directly. Combining with the project of S318 line between Beitun and Fuhai section, this paper discusses the supervision key points of cement stabilized base construction. It points out that only formulate practical and feasible construction scheme and a full range of construc-tion supervision process, can ensure the construction quality and safety greatly and promote the construc-tion schedule.
