公路施工中的环保监理

Environmental Protection Managing in Highway Construction

随着环保意识的日益提高,环保工作的不断加强,环境保护已成为公路建设各个阶段的重要内容。结合规范化施工实践,分别就路基施工、桥梁施工及取、弃土场的规范化作业三方面,阐述了环保监理的控制途径,并分析了公路施工应遵循环境保护法律的基本原则。

With the improving environmental protection consciousness, the environmental protection has been continuously strengthened and has become an important part in every stage of highway construction. This paper respectively elaborates the controlling way of environmental protection managing from the three aspects of roadbed construction, bridge construction, regulated operation of soil-taken field and spoil ground, analyzes the fundamental principle that highway construction should obey environmental protection laws.
