新媒体在劳工维权过程中的作用探析

The Role of New Media in the Process of Labor Rights Claim

劳工权益问题是当今社会关注的热点问题。随着传统维权方式程序复杂、维权效果差等弊端的日益显现,新媒体维权方式应运而生,从而给广大劳工打开了一条新的维权道路。文章主要采用问卷调查、案例分析相结合的研究方法,分析了新媒体在维权过程中的主要作用,如新媒体维权方便快捷、引起的社会反响大、维权成本低等。在此基础上,结合现阶段新媒体维权遇到的阻力,探索了劳工更好利用新媒体维权的对策。

The issue of worker＇s rights and interests is a hot point nowadays .As the disadvantages of traditional ways of safe-guarding legal rights become more and more obvious , such as complicated in procedures and bad effectiveness , the way of safeguard-ing legal rights through new media arise , opening up a new road for the workers .This paper studies the four mainly advantages of safe-guarding legal rights through new media：convenient , fast, great social response and low cost , using questionnaire survey and case an-alyzing.The paper also studies the resistance the new way will meet and find out the measures to deal with it .
