基于模糊聚类分析的高等纺织院校大学生就业影响因素研究

An Empirical Research on Factors Influencing Employment of Higher Textile Colleges Based on Fuzzy-cluster Analysis

在对企业管理者、教育工作者、毕业生各50人进行问卷调查的基础上,采用模糊聚类分析的方法,对高等纺织院校大学生就业影响因素进行研究。研究发现,除了一些共性因素外,高等纺织院校的就业影响还是表现出自己的个性和特点:首先就业的最大影响来自于大学生自身的努力与实力;其次社会对高等纺织院校的认知会影响其就业;最后学校的就业指导和服务没有充分彰显出自己的作用。

How factors influence employment of higher textile colleges has been studied based on the questionnaires from 50 enterprise managers, 50 teaching staff and 50 graduates with fuzzy-cluster analysis method. It was found that there were three characteristics for employment influence factors of higher textile colleges in addition to some common factors. Firstly, the maximum impact was the students＇ own efforts and strength; Secondly, social cognition to higher textile colleges would affect their employment; Finally, the school employment guidance and services did not fully reflect its role.
