摘要
针对土堤仓储粮期间,特别是季节转换时结露现象普遍,有时甚至很严重,造成储粮安全隐患和储粮损失等突出问题,对土堤仓结露的特点和规律进行了系统的分析和研究,并通过实仓试验找到了有效防治土堤仓结露的方法.研究结果表明:粮堆结露主要是粮堆气流运动所致,粮温与环境温度的差异是主要影响因素;由于不同季节气温的作用,形成了粮堆与环境温差方向的不同,粮堆中冷热气流的交换也就不同,有正温差粮堆和负温差粮堆两种类型;正温差粮堆应将来自粮堆的高温、高湿气流直接引出篷布外,负温差粮堆应密闭阻断外界环境中的湿热气体进入粮堆,均可有效预防结露.
In order to solve the prominent problems of bunker storage, such as potential risk in grain storage and storage grain loss, caused by common or even severe condensation phenomenon occurring during reversal of seasons, the paper symmetrically analyzed and studied the characteristics and the rule of condensation of the bunker, and found an effective method for preventing condensation of the bunker through the actual tests. The results showed that the grain bulk condensation was mainly caused by air motion in the grain bulk, and the difference between grain temperature and the ambient temperature was the main factor; the directions of temperature difference between the grain bulk and the ambient were different in different seasons, and the grain bulks were different in air-flow heat exchange directions, and were classified to two types of a positive temperature difference grain bulk and a negative temperature difference grain bulk; the positive temperature difference grain bulk should directly exhaust high-temperature and high-moisture air from the grain bulk out of a tarp; and the negative temperature difference grain bulk should prevent moisture and hot air from the external environment from entering the grain bulk. Both of the two types of grain bulks can effectively prevent condensation.
