摘要 飞秒激光的问世,为白内障患者带来了新的曙光。飞秒激光是一种以脉冲形式运转的激光,是当今激光眼科学界的前沿技术,其最先应用于临床准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术中角膜瓣的制作。现今利用飞秒激光白内障手术中的应用已取得突破性进展,其完美的撕囊、精确的角膜切口等特点已备受世人瞩目。本文根据文献资料,就飞秒激光在白内障手术的应用研究进行综述。 The discovery of femtosecond laser application in ophthalmology brought the new hope to cataract patients. It operates in a way as pulse laser to lead the fresh technique in laser ophthalmology. This advance technique was the pioneer in manufacture of corneal flap for LASIK surgery. The application of femtosecond laser in cataract surgery has achieved the significant breakthrough that provides perfect capsulorhexis and precise corneal incision to become the hot topic in ophthalmology. According to literatures, this article reviewed the research of femtosecond laser application in cataract surgery.
