摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定双氯芬酸二乙胺凝胶剂的含量。方法:以甲醇:4%冰醋酸(70:30)为流动相,CNWC。8色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),检测波长为276nm。结果:双氯芬酸钠的测定在51.600-1290.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,双氯芬酸钠的平均回收率为101.2%,RSD=1.2%(n=9)。结论:方法简单、灵敏度高,可用于双氯芬酸二乙胺凝胶剂的含量测定。
Objective:The purpose is to develop method for the content determination of Diclofenae Diethylamine Gel. Methods: Separation was performed on a CNW column (150mm×4.6mm,5μm). The mobile phase consists of methanol:4% acetic acid solution (70:30,v/v). The UV detection was set at 276nm. Results: Diclofenae diethylamine had a good linear relation in the range of 51.600-1290.0μg/m], the average reeovery of Diclofenae diethylamine was 101,1% and the RSD was 1.2%. Conclusion: The method was simple, sensitive and rapid and it could be used for the determination the content in Diclofenae Diethylamine Gel.
