热淋清颗粒有效成分的含量测定

HPLC quality determination of the four effective constituents in Relinqing granules

目的：建立热淋清颗粒中没食子酸、原儿茶酸、槲皮苷和槲皮素的HPLC定量方法。方法：采用依利特色谱柱，乙腈∶0.4%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱，流速1.0ml·min-1，检测波长254nm，柱温40℃。结果：没食子酸、原儿茶酸、槲皮苷和槲皮素的线性范围分别为0.3853～2.6970μg、0.0208～0.1456μg、0.0912～0.6381μg、0.00670～0.04691μg；平均回收率分别为99.7%（RSD1.6%）、99.2%（RSD2.1%）、99.8%（RSD1.4%）、99.4%（RSD2.2%）。结论：建立的方法准确、稳定，重现性好，可用于热淋清颗粒中有效成分的定量分析。

Objective：HPLC method was established to investigate the quality of gallic acid and protocatechuic acid and Quercitroside and Quercetin in Relinqing granules. Method The determination is using a Yilite column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.4%phosphoric acid with the flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1, the detection wavelength was 254nm, and the column temperature was set at 40℃. Result The linear ranges of gallic acid and protocatechuic acid and Quercitroside and Quercetin were 0.3853~2.6970μg, 0.0208~0.1456μg,0.0912~0.6381μg,0.00670~0.04691μg, respectively, their average recoveries were 99.7%（RSD1.6%）、99.2%（RSD2.1%）、99.8%（RSD1.4%）、99.4%（RSD2.2%）, respectively. Concluision The developed method was accurate, stabilize, reproducible and which can be used for the quantify analysis of active principle in Relinqing granules.
