摘要
目的:建立热淋清颗粒中没食子酸、原儿茶酸、槲皮苷和槲皮素的HPLC定量方法。方法:采用依利特色谱柱,乙腈∶0.4%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长254nm,柱温40℃。结果:没食子酸、原儿茶酸、槲皮苷和槲皮素的线性范围分别为0.3853~2.6970μg、0.0208~0.1456μg、0.0912~0.6381μg、0.00670~0.04691μg;平均回收率分别为99.7%(RSD1.6%)、99.2%(RSD2.1%)、99.8%(RSD1.4%)、99.4%(RSD2.2%)。结论:建立的方法准确、稳定,重现性好,可用于热淋清颗粒中有效成分的定量分析。
Objective:HPLC method was established to investigate the quality of gallic acid and protocatechuic acid and Quercitroside and Quercetin in Relinqing granules. Method The determination is using a Yilite column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.4%phosphoric acid with the flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1, the detection wavelength was 254nm, and the column temperature was set at 40℃. Result The linear ranges of gallic acid and protocatechuic acid and Quercitroside and Quercetin were 0.3853~2.6970μg, 0.0208~0.1456μg,0.0912~0.6381μg,0.00670~0.04691μg, respectively, their average recoveries were 99.7%(RSD1.6%)、99.2%(RSD2.1%)、99.8%(RSD1.4%)、99.4%(RSD2.2%), respectively. Concluision The developed method was accurate, stabilize, reproducible and which can be used for the quantify analysis of active principle in Relinqing granules.
