摘要
低聚木糖目前是一种重要的功能性食品。本文综述了从稻壳中提取木聚糖、超声波法提取玉米芯木聚糖以及棉籽壳提取木聚糖的制备方法和得率计算。
This paper has reviewed the progress of xylan and the preparation.Xylan preparation by extract from the rice husk xylan, ultrasonic extraction of corncob xylan and xylan extraction of Cotton Seed Hull material . The application of xylan was also reviewed.
