摘要 从射流管式电液伺服阀的基本失效分析出发,运用故障树分析理论,建立了以其不能正常工作为顶事件的故障树,并收集了各个底事件的失效分布函数。运用了蒙特卡罗方法与故障树分析相结合进行可靠性数字仿真,并以MATLAB为平台,编制了伺服阀的故障树仿真分析程序,得出了射流管式电液伺服阀平均故障间隔时间和在不同工作时间要求下的可靠度,为射流管式电液伺服阀可靠性定量分析、评估提供了一定依据。 In this paper, the top event of the fault tree using fault tree analysis theory based on the jet-tube hydraulic servo valve's not working properly is estabh'shed and the distribution function for each bottom event is collected. Combining Monte Carlo method with the fault tree analysis, the reliability of digital simulation is set up and the fault tree analysis simulation program of servo valve based on MATLAB is prepared, obtaining the MTBF and reliability of the jet-tube hydraulic servo valve under different working time and requirements. The basis for reliable quantitative analysis of the jet-tube hydraulic servo valve is provided at last.
