谈行业高校服务区域发展规划、支撑区域经济发展对策——以中国石油大学(华东)科技服务国家蓝黄战略为例

Research on Science and Technology Service of Industry Universities in Region Economic Development——Taking Science and Technology Service of China University of Petroleum(Huadong) in Blue and Yellow Development Strategy as An Example

以中国石油大学(华东)科技服务国家蓝黄战略为例,从高校服务区域经济社会发展的理论基础、特色及优势、理念及做法等方面探讨了行业高校在服务区域经济发展中发挥的支撑作用.对新形势下行业高校与所在区域开展协同创新,落实创新驱动战略模式及采取的策略进行了思考并提出对策建议.

Taking science and technology service of China University of Petroleum （Huadong） in Blue and Yellow development strategy as an example, industry universities＇ supporting role in the development of regional economy is discussed based on theoretical foundation, characters and strengths, ideas and practices. In the new situation, the collaborative innovation and innovation-driven implementation between industry-based universities and the region are considered, and the countermeasures and suggestions are given.
