摘要 针对机械产品设计中的滚动轴承建模问题,在SolidWorks环境下,基于特征建模和参数化驱动方法,开发了面向机械行业领域的通用滚动轴承标准件图库.系统以滚动轴承的最新国标和行业标准为依据,以特征建模为主,应用ADO实现SolidWorks与数据库接口,建立轴承关系数据库和轴承样板模型库之间的关联,以实现轴承样板模型的参数化驱动.采用Visual C++构建系统管理界面,操作便捷,符合工程设计人员的操作习惯,有助于产品设计效率和质量的提高.该系统具有可扩展性,且所采用的设计方法可用于其他标准件三维图库的开发. For modeling rolling bearing in mechanical product design ,a 3D standard part library of universal rolling bearing in machinery industry is developed ,based on feature and parametric design , with the development tool of SolidWorks .The standard parts are fully complied with the newest national bearing standards and industry standards .The access database of rolling bearing is connected with the bearing template model library in SolidWorks by ADO program for the 3D modelling of rolling bearing driven by geometric parameters .The system interface established with Visual C+ + is friendly and easy to use .It is proved that 3D standard part library of rolling bearing can help engineering designer to improve product design efficiency and quality .The system can be extended and the adopted approach can be used to develop 3D standard part library of other workpiece .
