摘要
基于钒配合物对糖尿病有降血糖作用,合成一种新型聚三水合乙二胺四乙酸合钒酸钾的钒配合物.采用常温溶液挥发法培养出蓝色晶体聚三水合乙二胺四乙酸合钒酸钾,该晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,所测晶体的每个配合物中包含有六配位的钒(IV)离子和七配位的钾离子.钒(IV)离子与硫酸氧钒中的一个氧原子,与来自HEDTA中的三个羧基氧原子和两个氮原子配位,形成扭曲的八面体结构;钾离子与两个水分子、两个桥键水分子和来自HEDTA中的三个羰基氧原子配位.配合物分子之间就是通过氢键连结成稳定三维网状结构.采用晶体衍射仪、红外光谱和元素分析仪对配合物的结构进行表征.
A novel oxovanadium complex with potassium carbonate ,vanadyl sulfate and ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid has synthesized and characterized ,the result provides a possibility of exploration for new medicine of diabetes .All chemicals are of reagent grade , commercially available and used without further purification .Solution evaporation at room temperature is used to culture the blue crystals of poly ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid trihydrate potassium vanadium ,w hich belongs to monoclinic , space group P21/c .Each complex of measured crystal contains six-coordinated vanadium (IV ) ions and potassium ions in seven ligands .The V (IV ) ion and an oxygen atom of oxide vanadium sulfate ,and three carboxylate oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms of HEDTA are coordinated to form a distorted octahedral structure .The potassium ion is coordinated by two water molecules ,two bridging water molecules and three carboxylate oxygen atoms from neighbour HEDTA ligands .The complex molecules are linked by hydrogen bonds into stable three-dimensional network structure .The structure of complexes are characterized by application of crystal diffraction ,infrared spectroscopy and elemental analy sis .
