To understand the situation textile industry faced in 2014,China National Textile&Apparel Council(CNTAC)organized the spring investigation from end of February to mid-March,on the topic of cotton issue,energy conservation,development of productivity,survival of SMEs,technological innovation,brand building,regional distribution and e-commerce.The eight topics are major issues of the industry.
