摘要
从学术界、京津冀地方政府、国家三个层面回顾京津冀协同发展历程,从市场、行政、生态和文化四个角度进行困境分析,将推动京津冀协同发展视为一项多主体互动的系统工程,提出建立健全京津冀协同发展主体协调机制的对策建议。
The article reviews the history of the coordinated development among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, analyzes its dilemmas from marketing, administrative, ecological and cultural perspectives. The article regards coordinated development as the systematic interaction among different subjects and offers counterstrategies concerned.
