摘要
随着新媒体技术的日新月异,大数据时代是高校人才工作无法回避的新环境。高校应积极树立大数据意识,顺应量化研究趋势,主动适应大数据带来的机遇和挑战,在人才引进、人才服务、人才培训和人才评价等方面进行创新,不断提高高校人才工作的质量。
With the rapid development of new media technologies, the coming big data era has emerged as an unavoidable new environment for the human resources management in universities. The university decision makers should be aware of big data, cope with the trends of quantitative research, adapt to the opportunities and challenges big data has brought, and improve the quality of human resources management by innovation in personnel renewal, service, training and evaluation.
