摘要
组织中普遍存在知识隐藏行为,这妨碍了员工之间的合作,影响了新知识与新思想的传递与开发。知识隐藏行为理论扩宽了对知识转移问题的理解,成为组织行为学一个重要的研究领域,对提升组织的知识管理能力、推动创新行为具有重要作用。本文对知识隐藏的内涵及相关概念进行了辨析,阐述了知识隐藏行为产生的理论基础,对知识隐藏行为的测量与实证研究成果进行了系统梳理,进而对本领域未来的研究方向进行了分析与展望。
There are universal knowledge hiding behaviors in organizations which hider cooperation of staffs, affect the transfer and development of knowledge and new ideas. The theory of knowledge hiding broadens our comprehension of the mechanism of knowledge transfer and has become an important research field. It plays a vital role in knowledge management and innovation behavior in organizations. This paper reviews current literature in aspects such as the connotation of knowledge hiding, the comparison between related organizational behavioral concepts, theoretical basis, construct measurement and empirical research. On the basis of the analysis of current research, we make prospects for future research.
