摘要 目的:探讨Orthofix单边外固定架治疗胫骨慢性骨髓炎骨缺损的疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2012年12我院收治的33例胫骨慢性骨髓炎骨缺损患者的临床资料,胫骨骨缺损1-7 cm不等,其中有8例合并软组织缺损,均行一期清创、外固定架植入,二期胫骨截骨、骨延长技术。截骨术后10 d开始延长,每天延长1 mm。结果随访时间:1-4年,平均2.5年。所有患者均获得骨和软组织缺损修复、骨感染治愈。根据改良Paley骨延长评分,16例优,12例良,5例可。结论 Orthofix单边外固定架操作简便、创伤小、预后良好,是胫骨慢性骨髓炎合并骨缺损患者的有效治疗方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of treatment of chronic tibial osteomyelitis and bone defects with Orthofix unilateral external fixator. Methods Thirty-three cases with chronic tibial osteomyelitis and bone defects treated with Orthofix unilateral external fixator from January 2009 to December 2012 were retrospectively enrolled and analyzed. The bone defects of these patients ranged from 1mm to 7mm, with soft tissue defect in 8 cases. They all received surgical treatment with one -stage debridement and external fixation and two -stage of tibial osteotomy and bone lengthenment. Results The mean follow-up time was 2.5 years (range:1-4years). According to Paley improved bone lengthening score scale, 16 cases were excellent, 12 cases were good, and 5 cases were fair. Conclusion Orthofix unilateral external fixator is a simple, effective, and less invasive approach in the treatment of chronic tibial osteomyelitis and bone defects.
