2种药桑椹多糖含量测定方法的比较

Comparison of two methods for determination of the polysaccharide from the black mulberry

分别采用苯酚-硫酸比色法和蒽酮-硫酸比色法测定药桑椹多糖含量,通过线性关系、精密度、重现性、显色稳定性及加标回收率等指标进行综合评价。结果显示,苯酚-硫酸法具有操作简单、精密度高、显色稳定性及重复性好等特点,比蒽酮-硫酸法更适于药桑椹多糖含量测定。

The phenol-sulfuric acid method and the anthrone-sulfuric acid method were compared on determination of the polysaccharide from the black mulberry through several indicators including standard curve, precision, reproducibility, color stability and recovery rate. The results showed that the phenol- sulfuric acid method had such characteristics as easy operation, higher precision, better color stability and repeatability. Therefore, the phenol-sulfuric acid method was more suitable for determination of the black mulberry polysaccharide than the anthrone-sulfuric acid method.
