摘要
钛合金在铸造过程中很容易与铸型材料发生界面反应,本文首先论述了界面反应分析方法及在钛合金中的应用,之后较全面的介绍了用于钛合金铸造的耐火材料,并介绍了国内对于它们与熔融钛的界面反应研究现状,以期对以后的研究提供帮助。
Titanium alloys easily have a reaction with the mold materials in the pouring process. In this paper, the interfacial reaction analysis methods and application about the titanium alloys were discussed first. Then it made a fairly comprehensive introduction about the refractory for casting titanium and mainly introduced the domestic research status of interracial reaction between the refractory and molten titanium. The research is helpful to the future research.
